There are many ways that we can work together to uplift and support you as you navigate the seasons of your life.

Narrative Therapy

A personal and confidential space that allows us to spend time exploring and allowing forward the stories of the body, identifying areas where emotion is held, and creating a space for deep listening and reflection with shared reading and writing prompts as guides. No writing experience is required as the form your writing takes is similar to that of journaling. The intention is to be present and create a space to allow the body to speak as I help guide this therapeutic practice in deep listening and witness with you.

Small Group Grief Support Circles

Holding space to process and explore how we move with grief in community using different themes to help identify where it lives in the body, share our individual experience in community, and explore tools to regulate our nervous systems while honoring our loss personally and collectively using reflective writing, selected passages to read and help guide our discussion, breath and somatic experiencing to return to our grounded center.

Child Loss Support / Grief Doula

Confidential, compassionate support for birthing person as they carry the loss of a child, whether in the difficult decision to have an abortion or through the experience of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or stillbirth. We are here to be an advocate for you, a support system in helping you navigate holding and honoring your experience through the seasons.

Riverside Cry Club

This will be a space with monthly rituals for group circling, singing, candle-lighting, and sharing. (More on these community offerings in the spring of 2022 after the intensity of COVID has eased.)
